1. Project identity
- Record the buyer, brand owner, importer or responsible economic operator for each destination market.
- Freeze the marketed product name, model number, SKU and all color or functional variants.
- Record the intended countries, sales channels, user type and product claims before requesting evidence.
- Create one revision-controlled specification covering electronics, bamboo parts, battery, adapter, cable and packaging.
2. Evidence and document matching
- Check that every report, declaration and database listing identifies the exact model or clearly documented product family.
- Verify applicant, manufacturer, laboratory, report number, issue date, standards and product photos.
- Confirm that the tested radio module, battery, adapter and enclosure match the approved sample.
- Record missing items, owner, due date and acceptance decision in an evidence register.
3. Material and appearance sample
- Compare bamboo species or construction, grain direction, color range and coating against the approved standard.
- Inspect edges, joints, glue marks, cracks, splinters, odor, surface contamination and logo position.

4. Functional sample

- Compare production units to the signed sample, bill of materials, artwork and evidence register.

- Archive inspection results, change records, traceability details and the final evidence pack for repeat orders.
